He is graduated in Information Technologies Engineering by the Minho University (Portugal).

Pedro’s professional track record was built up, since early in his career, while leading several European Space Agency and European Commission (FP6, FP7, H2020 and Erasmus+) projects. He took this experience to other markets and generated a solid professional track record as business manager across the ICT industry and related sectors.
